1. Introduction

By subscribing to and using the HER Link All-In-One Business Management System (“Platform”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your access to and use of the platform and related services. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the platform.

2. Description of Services

HER Link provides access to a white-labeled business management software platform (“Platform Technology”) under the HER Link brand. This technology is licensed from a trusted third-party provider and customized to deliver services exclusively under the HER Link name.

The platform is designed to help entrepreneurs manage and grow their businesses through tools such as:

• Contact and lead management (CRM)

• Funnel and website builder

• Email and SMS marketing

• Online booking system

• Sales pipeline management

• Automation workflows

• Business integrations (e.g., payment processors, messaging services)

In addition to software access, HER Link offers:

• Access to a supportive entrepreneur community

• Weekly face-to-face tech support sessions (via Zoom or similar)

• Step-by-step resources and training to help you adopt, learn, and master your backend business systems

Important: Membership in HER Link provides access to the software and educational support, but does not include “done-for-you” implementation. HER Link’s role is to teach and guide you to use your tools effectively, not to perform ongoing management or build your systems for you.

Done-for-you services—such as funnel creation, marketing campaign setup, or system configuration—are available only through a separate paid service agreement.

3. Subscription and Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on your plan.

• Payment is required upfront for continued access.

• Additional usage-based charges may apply through the platform technology, including but not limited to:

- Email usage fees (e.g., $10 for high-volume sending)

- WhatsApp messages (e.g., $10 for approximately 130 messages)

- Custom domain registrations ($10 per domain)

- Phone number purchases ($1.21 per number)

• These additional charges apply only if you use the related features.

4. Weekly Tech Support Sessions

All active HER Link members receive one (1) complimentary face-to-face tech support session per week via Zoom or similar platforms.

Included:

• Guidance on how to use platform tools

• Troubleshooting technical issues within the platform

• Walkthroughs and screen sharing for setup assistance

Not Included:

• Content creation (e.g., copywriting, graphics)

• Business strategy consulting beyond platform usage

• Ongoing management of your accounts, campaigns, or configurations

These sessions are for education and empowerment so you can manage your own backend systems confidently.

5. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• Account sharing is strictly prohibited.

• Notify HER Link immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time.

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

• No partial or prorated refunds will be issued.

7. Privacy and Data

• Your data and contacts remain your property.

• HER Link will never sell your data.

• While HER Link delivers its services through a trusted third-party technology provider, we implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no online system can be guaranteed 100% secure, and you acknowledge and accept this inherent risk when using the platform.

8. Liability

HER Link is not liable for:

• Service outages or downtime in the underlying platform technology

• Losses resulting from user error or misconfiguration

• Loss of business or revenue due to technical issues

We will make every effort to resolve issues quickly and work with our technology provider when necessary.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website. Continuing to use the platform after updates means you accept the revised terms.
